• Service Area: Local delivery within city limits and complimentary in-store pickup.
• Processing Time: Orders are packed within 1–2 business days; 2 local delivery arrives in 2–3 business days.
• Fees: Flat local-delivery fee shown at checkout; pickup is free.
• Limitations: We do not currently ship outside the local area or internationally.
2- Returns & Exchanges
• Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, all sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and tools are final.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your receipt and photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Gift Cards & Services: Non-refundable.
